Angela prepares the yearly grant for the STATEMAP Project and provides oversight for geologic mapping in north-central Arkansas. She completed mapping two quadrangles (Big Flat and Buffalo City) for a contract through the National Park Service in 2011 and is preparing an accompanying geology report. Thus far she has mapped nineteen quadrangles in the Ozarks and hopes to continue mapping and producing trail and float guides and geology of State Parks. Angela also identifies fossils for the public and leads teacher workshops in the summer. |
