This report presents descriptions of 23 antimony mines and prospects in Polk County as of 1979.

  • A graph showing production of the Arkansas antimony district from 1874 to 1947
  • A graph showing the market price of antimony metal from 1872 to 1974
  • A paragenetic diagram of vein and associated minerals in the study area
  • A 1:24,000 scale colored geologic map of the study area with mine and prospect locations in pocket
