This report provides data and information regarding the hydrocarbon potential and unconventional reservoir characteristics of the Upper Cambrian to Lower Ordovician Elvins and Arbuckle-Knox groups in northeastern Arkansas. Northeastern Arkansas is situated in the upper Mississippi Embayment area, where the ancient Reelfoot Rift is beneath it. Core and cutting samples of these two groups were collected from five wells and conducted organic geochemical analysis and integrated digital rock analysis. |
